With over 30 years of combined experience, our team brings unparalleled expertise to supporting children, families, and
caregivers during pivotal moments of change. We collaborate with Child Protection Services, Foster Care Agencies, the Family Court,
and other organisations to ensure that children and families receive the professional care and guidance they need.
Rooted in trauma-informed principles, our approach ensures that every interaction fosters trust, comfort, and care. Whether facilitating supervised family visits, conducting assessments, or offering educational opportunities, we are dedicated to creating

Connecting Families

Jackeline Giovannucci
Jackeline has held key positions at the Department of Communities and Justice, Child Wellbeing Unit at the Department of Education NSW.
Her experience also includes working as a Domestic Violence Specialist and contributing to crime prevention projects internationally.
With a Master of International Security Studies from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Criminology, alongside certifications in intelligence analysis, casework development, and domestic violence response, Jackeline brings a strategic, informed, and empathetic approach to addressing complex family dynamics.

Dominique Taylor
Dominique Taylor is a highly experienced professional in child protection and disability, with strong leadership skills across multiple scopes. She brings expertise in permanency, including adoption, foster care/kinship care and out-of-home care.
With over 6 years of experience working in Out-Of-Home care in the Department of Communities and Justice, Dominique is a key asset as we offer independent carer assessments. Holding a Bachelor's in Social Work, she brings valuable insight and leadership to our team.

Alison McIntosh
Alison McIntosh is a highly experienced professional in child protection and domestic violence services, with strong leadership skills across multiple scopes. She brings expertise in Parenting Workshops, Therapeutic Services, Healthy Relationships, and Trauma's Impact on Children.
Alison also has extensive experience in Carer Assessments across all permanency areas, making her a key asset as we offer independent care assessments. With a Bachelor's in Criminology and currently pursuing Psychology, Alison is an invaluable addition to our team.
